Hot Water Carpet Extraction & Encapsulation
Carpet cleaning by hot-water extraction (aka "carpet steam cleaning")
CRS uses portable electric hot water extractors or extractors mounted in vans, known as truck-mounts, also powered by electricity, to eliminate emissions and noise in your facility.
When cleaning your commercial carpets using hot-water extraction, you should only hire qualified professionals, such as CRS. This is key to avoiding shrinking, fading and/or damaging your carpet fibres.
When used properly, by our experienced CRS technicians, our hot water extraction method eliminates any chemical solution being left behind in your carpet. This is key as any residue left behind in the cleaning process will attract dirt and create "traffic lanes" in heavily used areas.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, CRS has seen and cleaned it all. We are the best Vancouver and BC carpet cleaning and maintenance company to call when your needs require, hot water extraction carpet cleaning.
Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning Explained
Carpets are dirt magnets, continuing to accumulate soil and debris in between heavy-duty steam cleaning extractions. Vacuuming helps, but it often doesn't clean thoroughly enough — unless it's sucking up encapsulated dirt.
During encapsulation, a low-moisture cleaner coats the carpet and, as it dries, forms crystals that surround the dirt ground deep into the carpet fibres. CRS uses Encap-Tech™ — an eco-friendly carpet cleaner. Encapsulated soils lift more easily when vacuumed, and the clean carpet resists dirt for up to 28 days. Then — it's time to encapsulate again.
Encapsulated carpets dry in 30 minutes. Electricity powers our encapsulators, and the process produces no waste water. Encapsulating prolongs your carpet's life, enhances indoor air quality, and reduces the need for more costly steam carpet cleaning.
